Where Do We Offer Free Shipping?

At The Jacket Realm, we proudly offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Wherever you are, experience our premium jackets without any extra shipping costs.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Orders: Delivered within 5–12 business days.

Customized Orders: Delivered within 12–15 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Need it sooner? Pay an additional $30 and receive your order within 6–8 business days.

Note:

  • Orders placed after 1 PM will be processed the next business day.
  • Our working days are Monday to Friday.

How to Track Your Order

  • Once your order ships, we’ll send a tracking number via email.
  • Customers are responsible for following up with the courier.
  • If delivery fails due to absence or other reasons, please contact the courier company directly.
  • After multiple failed delivery attempts, the parcel may be discarded. In such cases, The Jacket Realm will not be responsible.

Tip: Always monitor your shipment using your tracking ID for a seamless delivery experience.

What If You Receive a Damaged or Incorrect Product?

  • Every item undergoes careful inspection before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
  • Contact our Customer Support Team within 30 days of receiving your parcel.
  • The item must be unused with original tags intact for a return, exchange, or refund.

Import Duties and Taxes

  • Good News for US Customers: No customs charges!
  • We ship under DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) terms.
  • Customers outside the US may be responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes as per their country’s regulations.

Note: While we often mark parcels as “gifts” to help minimize charges, customs policies vary by country. Customers are responsible for any applicable fees.

Important Shipping Guidelines

  • Double-check your shipping details (address, name, email) before placing the order.
  • We do not ship to APO, FPO, or PO Box addresses for security reasons.
  • Orders with both standard and customized items may ship separately.
  • Once dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed. Please coordinate directly with the courier if necessary.
