We aim to deliver exactly what you ordered – premium quality leather jackets that match the product description and your expectations. However, in rare circumstances where things don’t go as planned, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

When Are Refunds Applicable?

Refunds are considered only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.

  • The item delivered does not match the product description.

  • Your order was canceled within the allowed time.

  • The product was out of stock after payment was made.

How Does It Work?

  • To initiate a refund request, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing contact@thejacketrealm.com.

  • Provide your order number, a clear reason, and photo proof (if applicable).

  • Our quality team will inspect the issue and respond within 2–3 business days.

Refund Method & Time

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for processing after approval.

  • We do not issue cash refunds.

What’s Not Eligible for Refund?

  • Custom-sized or personalized jackets

  • Orders where the customer selected the wrong size

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or grain (as natural leather may slightly vary)

  • Orders that were delivered correctly as described

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was on our part

Order Cancellation Policy

We begin processing orders quickly to maintain fast delivery timelines. Hence, cancellations are only allowed under strict conditions:

Free Cancellation Window

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing contact@thejacketrealm.com with your order details.

  • After 12 hours, the order enters processing or production and cannot be canceled.

Exceptions

  • Custom orders, including specific sizing or design modifications, cannot be canceled once confirmed.

  • Any cancellation request made after the allowed window will be denied.
